ZAHID TORRES-RAHMAN

Co-Founder and Director, Platforms

Zahid has close to 20 years’ experience in business and international development, and leads our work on developing platforms that bring together the worlds of business and international development. He is the Director of Business Fights Poverty and Business Action for Africa.

Zahid advises clients on how to leverage platforms and partnerships to scale inclusive business. Clients have included SABMiller, DFID, the World Bank, the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition and Business Call to Action.

Previously, Zahid worked at DFID, HM Treasury and PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting.

Zahid has an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
